Please note that our doors close at 4pm, but applications made before this time will be processed on the same day with the last customer usually leaving by 7pm.

Following a successful trial, the Croydon Public Enquiry Office now operates an appointments only system. (Book upto 3 weeks beforehand)

Due to a high level of demand for our service and the implementation of our full appointments system, we are no longer able to accommodate customers without appointments. If your leave is about to expire or you cannot book a convenient appointment, we strongly recommend that you submit your application by post to the address on the application form with the postal fee of £335 (or £250 for student applications).
